Native of Normandy, I graduated in customer relations and foreign languages. After traveling to the United States and the north of the Mexican Republic, I chose the Caribbean of Quintana Roo as my place of residence.

During a previous trip to this paradisiacal place, I discovered the mesmerizing nature there, as well as the multiple colors of the changing sea according to the light, its long extraordinary beaches of white sand and the richness of the Mayan culture which makes ‘she a world apart. These are just a few of the many reasons I moved there.

Practicing as a private chef, I had the chance to share my passion for traditional French cuisine representing my roots. The subtle blend of international flavors delight all kinds of palates.
